Furthermore, I will serve as your accountability buddy to ensure you are staying on track with your exercise goals.

Living amongst the chaos of this world, it is easy to get lost. The loss of self-identity is undeniably easy when we can sometimes feel the goal of our immediate environment is to conform us to its mold. It takes an active and ongoing process of self-discovery to realize the universe’s purpose for our life.
Throughout this process, we discover areas in our life in which we excel. We can allow ourselves the space to dive into what natural talents and capabilities make us uniquely us.
It is also through this process that we are encouraged to shed light on areas of ourselves that challenge us. These are habits and behaviors that restrict us from creating the ideal life in which we want to exist and actively thrive.
By bravely acknowledging all aspects of ourselves, we are able to conquer the practices we desire to improve upon, as well as maximize the assets bestowed within us.
